UPDATE: LALIA WAS FOUND AND IS HOME! Lost dog alert: Lalia, a 5 year old female Shih Tzu is missing from Route 18 in Harmonsburg. She is mostly white with some black and gray. She has been missing since 3 pm yesterday. She was scared by the lawnmower and ran. Her worried owner, Lacey is offering a $100 for her safe return.
