FOUND DOG ALERT (Tidioute, PA.) Networker Ashley posted: Hi, my family has found a young (less than a year old) female black dog near Tidioute, Pa. She was found on Saturday and hopefully this evening we will be taking her to the Anna shelter. She fears going up and down stairs, and doesn't like coming in the house. Once she gets in she is fine.
