***UPDATE*** This dog has been reunited with his owner. ♥
FOUND on 7/8/12! West 32nd & Liberty. He has a license and we are currently working with The ANNA Shelter to see if the owners can be identified. We will post updates but please share. Maybe his owner(s) will see the post.
