MISSING! Networker Tonya Pratt is missing her tan & white 'teacup' chihuahua. He slipped his collar last night in Millcreek near Waldameer Park/Blue Coral Trailer Community. His name is Chico & he has big eyes like a pug. Please call 814-881-5870 or 814-384-5300 anytime with ANY info. Thank you.
