UPDATE: WINKY WAS FOUND! Lost cat alert: (Urgent-Special Needs)- Winky a female black and white cat is missing from her home near Hinkler Park in Wesleyville. She has some special emotional issues from being the victim of a hoarding situation prior to being rescued by her new family in March. She may be skiddish and she does not like to be picked up. She is missing her left eye and part of her left ear. She is not used to being outside. If you are in the area, please be on the lookout and call 814-920-3184 if you see her.
