Dog found on Liberty Street

UPDATE- THIS DOG'S FAMILY WAS FOUND!

Found dog alert: This small dog was found today on W. 22nd & Liberty. The dog appears to be a senior in poor health. The finder plans to contact Erie Animal Control to have the dog picked up and taken to the ANNA Shelter.
