Apparently he had been sitting on the side of the road for a while and someone came to our house asking if he is ours. Wendi Jae Baker -- Davidson has been returned to his home. :-)   He was not dumped and was indeed being frantically looked for. Apparently lost the collar with his tags. He is very much loved.
